Investment Research: 

The firm was established in 2006 as a boutique research group, publishing news and proprietary research reports on companies facing Event-Driven Catalysts, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Buyback Situations, Turnarounds, Spin-Offs, Post-Bankruptcies and Capital Restructurings. Publishing quality unbiased research has been the cornerstone of our clients’ investment process since the inception of the firm. Our goal is to put our clients first and uncover timely investment opportunities across a diverse range of industries. WhiteSand Research will continue to employ a value-oriented, event-driven investment strategy that seeks to capitalize on the most inefficient and attractive investment opportunities. 

Marketing:

Global Marketing Partners, LLC was formed in 1999 to represent a select group of financial services companies in order to help them grow their businesses. The goal of GMP is to work with a number of exceptional organizations that are prepared to establish themselves as premier firms in the financial services community. GMP was able to generate new relationships, paired with our extensive network of contacts and was able to emerge as a leader in the industry.

GMP was acquired by WhiteSand Research, LLC. WhiteSand now offers the experience and skills of a complete sales & marketing firm with associates whose dedicated efforts yield positive results for our clients.


Recruiting Services: 

With over a decade of building strong relationships on the buy-side, WhiteSand Research provides recruiting services to the investment community. We work with money managers on finding them the best candidates through our extensive database of qualified contacts. Through our experience from our research business we are able to quickly understand the firm's strategy, culture, and the type of profile they are looking for in an employee or partner. 

WhiteSand Research will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including: job specification and development, screening and qualifying top candidates, interviewing and negotiating offers.
