Ethics & Compliance

WhiteSand Research, LLC represents that it, including its employees and agents, will conduct itself in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards.  It is against the policy of WhiteSand Research, LLC to use material non-public information, from any source, in any research products and/or services. If there is any doubt whether a particular report or piece of information might constitute or contain material non-public information, WhiteSand Research will not use it.  In the case that WhiteSand Research is exposed to or acquires confidential or proprietary information, it will hold such information in strict confidences, and, except as required by law, not to disclose such information to third parties, and to advise any of its employees who may be exposed to such proprietary and confidential information of their obligations to keep such information confidential.  

WhiteSand Research uses internal controls to protect information about prominent research reports, as well as public and private information, to prevent others from utilizing the advance knowledge. Research analysts may not communicate their intention to issue a material investment conclusion or the timing of a research report. No employee may use the knowledge of the material investment conclusions or the timing of a pending research report to take advantage of non-public information that could impact the price of the securities that are the subject of the report. Employees may not intentionally establish or change inventory positions ahead of pending research reports. Employees who receive material non-public information are prohibited from discussing or publishing such information.
